Jeg var meget tilfreds med lejligheden. Den var meget behagelig, velindrettet og lå i en rolig baggård. god service fra ejeren af lejligheden. Han gav os foreslag til steder i området vi kunne spise. Den var temmelig varm i sommervarmen. Der var dog en blæser og det hjalp. Toilettet var lidt ustabilt men vi fik det fikset selv.

Nos gusto mucho la tranquilidad del apartamento,tenia todo lo necesario para la estancia.Jorge nos indico todo correctamente para que resultara facil y estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades.Muy bien comunicado con el centro.El alojsmiento muy bonito,espacioso,con techos altos.Nos encanto Por poner algo,que no hubiera persianas aunque sabemos que es asi en Alemania.

Die Lage ist super: zwei Buslinien zum Hbf, eine davon umsteigefrei weiter zu den "Linden", sowie U 6 (Nord/Süd) vor der Haustür; S-Bahnen "Ring" (Bhf Wedding) sowie weitere S-Bahnen Nord/Süd (Humboldthain) etwas weiter östlich, auch in Laufentfernung. Man kommt - oft ohne oder mit nur einmaligem Umsteigen - wirklich überall in Berlin sehr gut hin. Die Lage ist auch insofern super, als die Wohnung absolut ruhig ist. Man hört sowohl von Mitbewohnern im Haus fast nichts und keinen Verkehrslärm. Absolute Ausnahme in Berlin, zumal in derart zentraler Lage. Nichts.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sehr sehr sauber und hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Berlinbesuch benötigt. Es liegt sehr gut, die U-Bahn Station ist in 2 Minuten und die S-Bahn in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und man ist in kurzer Zeit im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurant sind ebenfalls in wenigen 100-Meter Entfernung vorhanden. Jorge ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants etc. Sollte es uns wieder nach Berlin verschlagen, würden wir Jorges Apartment sofort wieder buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Grande e accogliente, molto curato e pulito, host molto gentile e disponibile, posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana. Presente una cucina con tutti gli utensili essenziali, il frigo e la lavatrice Niente!

U-Bahn: 2-minute walk (150m) to U6 Reinickendorfer Str. (direct line to the city center). S-Bahn: 5-minute walk (500m) to Wedding station (connects to the Ringbahn for fast travel all around the city). Bus: 3-minute walk (250m) to the Reinickendorfer Str. bus stop. Parking Options: Public parking is available on the streets. It is a paid zone during the day, but free overnight and all day on Sundays! For a dedicated off-street spot, the Ampido Parkplatz on Chausseestraße is a 10-minute walk (750m) away.
